I signed up for Invoices plus as I saw that it allowed the option to create invoices in bulk with the batch feature. I tried to follow the instructions on the "Get Started with Invoices Plus" page, but when I hit "Create Invoice" I don't see any option for batch?
Square support informed me that the option does not appear until you have processed at least 1 credit card transaction. We processed a $1 transaction and the option appeared, problem solved.
Hi @LLResort. I‘m assuming that you are having problems with the Invoices app, and not the online dashboard. After you do major account changes like upgrading subscriptions, it is always a good idea to sign out of any Square apps and sign back in. This usually fixes issues like this. If, however, that doesn’t work then you’ll need to get on the phone with Square Support on Tuesday (this being a holiday weekend).
