Bank account with 2 signatures

Our Society has a constitutional requirement to have two signatories on any bank account. Is there any way Square can work with such an account? I would have thought it quite common for Incorporated Assocations like ours to require 2 signatures, but I know of some using Square.

I asked this question of Square three or four days ago and as yet have received no answer. In the meantime I submitted our application, which has now been approved, but I can begin taking payments unless there is a way to get our money from Square.

Square takes it's fees from your income, then deposits the net balance to an account. To them an account is just a bsb and account number. I'm not sure that multiple signatories has any relevance in this case.

Payment for additional premium subscriptions appears to be via credit card.

Hi, @Irrsa, this is a great question and I'd certainly be happy to provide some more context around why certain bank accounts can't be linked to your Square Account.

Square requires the ability to set up a direct debit on the account, in the event that you process a refund for a transaction we have already deposited to you. When Square tries to set up the direct debit on an account with multiple signatories, our request will fail as not all signatories will have authorised us to do this.

You can visit this link to learn more about bank account troubleshooting.

Thank you for jumping in and adding your voice to this thread, @lawnbrook.
