Yesterday was a bank holiday so transfers weren't sent. Fri-Mon transfers will be sent today around 4 pm per our automatic transfer schedule.
If your balance is not transferred today, the best thing would be to contact our support team directly as they have access to see account-specific details which we do not have here in the Community.
