Balance not accurate

My balance does not reflect paid invoices. When should I see my funds?

Could you be a bit more specific on your issue.  If you click on transactions from your Square Dashboard, and then click on the individual transaction and scroll to the bottom it will show you how much was taken out for fees etc. for that transaction.  Does that amount not match what is in your balance?
