Anyone experiencing issues with the Balance page not showing locations? In the middle of the screen where it says "Locations", we usually see our location listed and can click on it to get to all of the transfers (pending, recent, etc.) Today it just shows the message "Something went wrong while loading this section. Please try again." Anyone else having this issue? Tried logging out and back into the Square site with no luck. Help?
Yes. As of yesterday some time. Same issue as you. Checked it again this morning and it's still there. I spend a bunch of time yesterday trying to figure out an alternate way to see the balance for each location and initiate a transfer. The only way I could figure out how to initiate a transfer was from the main dashboard, and then it only allowed me to do instant transfer with the fee.
I see you were having an issue back in June.
I am seeing something similar to this right now.
Questions:
Q1: Did you issue ever resolve?
Q2: Is it happening again, right now? (It's been this way for several hours that I know of.
As a bit of a work-around, I think I can see my "Locations" and Balances from the mobile app on my phone.

There is a known issue that they are working on with balances right now today. It has been pretty much all day. You can go to the square system status page and view information about that. They also have a link at the top of the seller community page that shows this issue is currently being worked on. That may be what's affecting your ability to see locations at the moment.
The message I saw was indicating problems with "Payment Disruption".
I never saw anything on the status page about "Balance" issues.
They must be interrelated somehow. 😉
At any rate, the issues now seems to be cleared as I am able to once again access my balance info.
