Backup of all data while we sync some items from an online shop

We use square and have lots of codes and products.  WE are now setting up an online shop, the products will have different codes but we want the sales to sync with square.  

While we are setting this up we would like to know that there is a backup from end of day yesterday in case we mess things up.

You can create a partial backup of your item inventory by exporting it as an Excel Spreadsheet. For more see our help articles on Importing / Exporting Items and Transferring Items Between Square Accounts.

It won't backup things like item modifiers and images, but it will save basic item info.
