Auto Draft "Opt out"

I have recurring invoices that go out weekly and clients set theirs up to auto pay. Last week and this week, their invoices did not auto pay. Several went in right in front of me and picked "opt in" for auto pay. Well, this week rolls around and and I received a square invoice for each client that said this client opted out of text message. I had to manually resend invoices to retrieve weekly payments. Am I the only one this happened to? Was there a glitch?

Thank you so much for reaching out and letting us know! Also, so sorry you had to do extra work to retrieve those payments again. I have not heard of this being a common issue but I am looking into this further and will certainly reach out as soon as I have more insight. I do need some time to investigate this matter so I really appreciate your patience ahead of time!
