I’ve got to admit it all kinda scares me!
I love using tech in my business as it does help things run smoother, but when it starts knowing my business better than I do then it all feels a little Skynet 😂
I think embracing new tech is a must when running a business, especially when you think what it does to help our day to day operations. Users will embrace both new tech knowingly and unknowingly, such as AI, which although in its infancy more than likely is already being used widely by big business. It will be nice if tech starts to elevate the stress and pressure of running a business. I’m in agreement with @Sam_400º it’s a little concerning if it understands a business better than it’s directors, managers and team members but I think we are safe for the moment…until the terminator rocks up at the shop!
