Appointments not working after free trial of plus ended

So we were setting up the Appointments booking section on our free website and it was all working ok during the free trial period of Appointments Plus.

The free trial ended on the 13th so we seem to be using the Free Plan now, which is fine, we only have the one location.

But the appointment booking doesn't work anymore. It says 
"Please visit the Pricing & Subscriptions page to select the business location(s) to use with Square Appointments to restore access."

i go do that and it shows i have the free plan selected.

I found a page the tells me how to select which location to use with the free plan, but they don't work. The options aren't available.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to get the free plan to work after the Plus subscription ends?
