Appointments - Online Booking

I own a salon & spa and we have been using Square for our POS and online booking since the beginning. However, clients find the online booking to be difficult and not user friendly. 

we offer a ton of different services and the online booking is hard to navigate. I love how you can pick a staff member but is there any way to create "categories" within the online booking? for example: SPA Services, SALON Services.

we currently have set up our services with variations to help organize for example: 

Service: Hair Colour
Variations: - full colour - foils - root colour

But because we have set it up this way there is not way to add descriptions to the different "variations".

can't you just go to Items > Categories?

Not for booking services unfortunately

Oh, I see, you want them to select a category first, then drop into that and pick service. Makes sense, especially when there are a ton of services.
