Is it possible to customise the SMS reminders so I can attach a link to my online COVID screening?

At the moment, text message notifications cannot be customised. However, you should be able to customise your email notification, including appointment acceptance, reminder and more. This way, you can still send a link to your online COVID screening to your customers.
You can find the email customisation under Appointments > Settings > Communications on your Square Dashboard.
This is a major issue for us as we need to send instructions out with every appointment and not all customers provide an email address when they book ( we also take phone bookings and bookings via sms and facebook) so we need 1 platform that can do it all and this service fits the bill as long as we were able to edit the sms confirmation in the same way that the email can be customised
