Appointment app blocked

I can see appointments at one location through the app but my other location says I don't have permission. I can view both appointment calendars through a browser. None of my emoyees or myself the owner can access the 2nd location calendar with the app.

• Are you and your employees not able to see appointments on your Dashboard and device(s)?
• If it's just the app you're having trouble, which type of devices are being used? Android or iOS?
