Appointment access

Hi

 

Is there any way that I can set up my calendar  and appointments in that way that one of locations has access to only one day ( without seeing rest of the week ) ? We have two locations and I want to have integrated booking but I don't want to one of locations to see other day appointments.

You can set up your Square Appointments so that one of your location is only bookable for one day by editing availability via Appointments > Calendar > Edit Availability. 

 

Can you clarify what you're referring to one location not being able to see other appointments? Do you want your staff to not be able to see bookings at the other location, or customers only being able to view one location?

Hey @NickAu,

 

I'm not 100% sure whether this is actually doable - I took a look at Team Permission settings for Appointments and it doesn't refer to any options to view appointments on a per-location basis.

 

 

I'm thinking if you allow staff to view their personal calendar and then leave the other options unticked, this may achieve what you're looking for, but possibly with the downside of blocking visibility for other staff at the same location. Let me know how this goes, it looks like this specific functionality may not be presently available though.
