Square Appointments, appointment confirmation text message says, "View details at sqap.pt/u/c...." but link is unclickable.
Note: I'm using Appointments on iMac not the mobile app. [edited] However, client was using their cell phone.

Just to make sure we're dotting our i's and crossing t's... have you tried to click on the Confirmation URL from an actual mobile device? If so, did it open for you there?
It was a client who reported the issue, and also sent me a screen print from her phone. This is why I stated text message and not email. The reason it was reported is because the URL is not clickable and therefore, yes, she tried to click on it. Can't get more specific that I already did.
this is how the link appears in my text messages- is there a way to get rid of all the empty space? is that what cuts off most of the link url?
@thewellcm Sorry to say there's not a way to edit how the text appears. But I can pass this feedback along to our programmers!
it seems to defeat the purpose of having a text confirmation if they can't see the link to click to confirm - am i the only one to have this issue?
I’ve been having this same issue and trying to get it fixed with Square for over a month. My clients with Apple phones can’t confirm. I’m considering pulling the feature. I hope it gets fixed soon.
I’m having this problem too. Clients are reporting not being able to confirm and there is a broken link. Is there a way to easily fix this?
