Hello,
When sending payment links to customers, they’re attempting to pay via express checkout (Apple Pay). However, an error appears at checkout saying “invalid address” or “doesn’t ship to this address.”
All of our shipping settings are correct, and this issue has never occurred before — everything has been working smoothly for the last six months until today.
I’ve also tested the same payment links (and other links) myself by checking out as a customer, and I receive the same error even though all the details are entered correctly.
any idea what might be going on?
