Apparently I have sold gift certificates online!

I only know this because in my gift Card reports it says 5 activations. I do not know who bought these, for whom, what for or how much they paid or by what method. I need to know what my liabilities are. There must be a more clear report on this

I've spent the past few minutes reviewing our various report options in regard to Gift Cards reporting and tracking down original purchasers. You are absolutely right here, there is much room for improvement. 

It looks like the best workaround for finding the original buyer would be by following these steps provided here for editing and resending the card. This outlines tracking down the original purchase in order to resend.
