I have the performance plan and have the square point of sale app and the weebly app. I do not receive any notifications from the apps about new store orders. I do get emails but with having the apps shouldn't I get some kind of notification? A little icon badge at least on my phone? If I send an invoice with the point of sale app I will receive a notification when it gets paid but again no notifications for new store orders.
Ive tried calling support but I guess i have to have the premium plan to qualify for phone support?

In the Square Point of Sale app I believe if you go to Settings > Orders > Alerts > and turn on Allow Notifications and I think it should notify you when an order is received.
Well that didn't help. still no notification for new store orders. only emails.
Can I not get phone support from weebly considering I have the performance plan?
