Is anyone else having issues with the app not loading at all and giving a timeout error or loading so so slow? It's a problem about 50% of the time and only an issue on my phone. In the past I've had to delete the app and reinstall

About 3 weeks ago I was having issues with it loading on my iPad. One of the updates solved the issue so I would check the App Store and see if there’s any update available

thank you! for some reason my automatic updates were turned off. downloading that now!

sooo did the update. Still having this issue. I'm getting a network connection issue off and on from the app but all of my other apps are fine.

Haven’t seen any network connection issues recently. I would suggest that you reboot your wifi router. That’s could possibly have something going on there and a reboot normally solves most non hardware issues

it's not just on wifi. it's on celluar data as well.
