Anyone experience endless spin for online payment from a new customer in Ukraine?

Hi all. I have a wordpress website where payment with CC using square works perfectly for my customers from within Canada while the the payment won't complete but spins endlessly for my new online customer located in the Ukraine.

Anyone else have geolocation issues?  Is this more likely to be technical on their end or some king of flag by Square?

No error code happens - just spins endlessly.

So I feel dumb - I thought the 10 countries listed by Square meant you could only set up Square as a merchant in one of those countries but you could accept payment online from a customer living anywhere in the world.

Am I right in my understanding that actually as a Square merchant in Canada I can only accept online payments from someone in one of the following countries: 

• United States

• Canada

• Australia

• Japan

• United Kingdom

• Republic of Ireland

• France

• Spain
