Anyone else having an issue with stock or UPC codes resetting or reverting to previous numbers?

I have been working on my inventory through Square and found that it is easier to use multiple codes for UPC... instead of Using JWLxxx .. i've changed things to RNGxxx, EARxxx  .. etc.... but after a day... all codes revert back to JWL, making it difficult to find.  I have hit save.. the ONLY way to keep this from happening is to DELETE the item and re-enter with the new code.  

 

Also.. i am hving inventory count do the same thing.... put stock in a recieved.. but next day it reverts back to -1 or something... 

 

Is there a fix for any of this??

Hi @Ashes_n_Embers! This definitely sounds strange. You shouldn't have to keep deleting and re-entering like that!

 

You might want to go ahead and reach out to our Customer Success Team so they can investigate this more on your account!
