Hey there guys!
So my problem is a client sent a note with his appointment request saying that American Express cards don't work when making an appointment with no-show protection enabled.
I double checked this with one of my American Express cards and he is correct. When i put my card information in and everything is correct, the system says that the CCV is wrong even though it's the right 3 digit number. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hello @CuttinAbove I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Amex cards. Just to check something...the CCV digits for American Express is actually four digits, instead of the usual three for Visa/Mastercard. It's usually printed on the front of the card too. Do you think this was/is the issue?

I'll give it a try!
The four digit code on the front of the card worked!
Thanks so much
