How do you make 3 options of collection date/time so that a customer can choose their preferred slot?

To confirm, are you referring to Square Online here? If you're looking to let customer choose pickup time slots we have a detailed guide on setting up everything pickup here 🙂 The Order Limiting function can help you provide a limited number of slots within a given time frame.
