All of my stock is now unavailable to customers (after I changed some account info…)

All of my stock is showing as unavailable for customers (despite the status I have them at). I had just updated some account settings information, and then no-one could buy from me. I’ve reviewed everything I can see but must be missing something. Any advice?

Hmmm, this usually happens if you've made any changes to your fulfilment settings. 

Did you happen to make changes here? If items are still unavailable I'd double-check that you have shipping/delivery set up for them. 

 

If after doing so they are still unavailable, feel free to share your site here and I can take a look.

Hi @Breffni - many thanks for that. After rummaging around, you are right it was a fulfilment setting that needed re-setting. My initial changes were around business title and email so wouldn’t expected it to ripple through to fulfilment and addresses, but I guess it must do. Maybe it’s a security feature?
