One of my customers is having issues putting in an address and getting an error saying the address is out the merchant delivery area, however is in the UK and that is supported. How do i fix this.

To start with I'd suggest just double-checking that the postcode that your customer is inputting does match the radius within your delivery settings.
Then if you can test it out on your end, just so we can rule out whether the error is specific to this individual customer?
