After check out the screen froze on languages and i cant get it off, how to restore back

 After checkout sale and text for email the screen is stuck on languages to pick from , It wont let me  pass out of screen its frozen on that .  Do I need to reload a new app, or power phone off and on again or other to fix it?

Hello @Marci8 !

 

That's an interesting spot to see a freeze! First thing I'd say to check is to make sure both the app and the device's OS are up to date. There may have been a small tweak on the checkout screens on the back end that's causing an out of date app to have problems.

 

If that's not the case, could we get a little more information from you, things like the device you're using and a screen shot if possible. Also, can you check another device to see if you're having the same issue there? These are all good troubleshooting steps so we can narrow down the problem.

I have had this problem off and on for 3 yrs - with 2 different square devices on 2 different phones.   The only way to clear it is to turn off the phone and restart... a real pain at a busy craft market!
