Hi! I had staff close out their appointments under a different staff member so the tips are being allocated to the wrong staff member. How do I update this?
Hi @Bronze_Palms! This is one of those cases where you are going to have to create a spreadsheet to figure out your adjustments, and then make those in your payroll software before processing. If you use Square Payroll, it’s easy enough after you import hours and tips. Otherwise, you’ll have to make the adjustments before submitting your timesheets to your payroll processor.
I’m pretty sure a feature request has been submitted to allow for manual adjustments in the world of tips, but I haven’t looked. I just know it doesn’t exist at the moment.
