I have a customer who can't checkout because when she enters her credit card number she receives a message that her mailing address is incomplete but there is nowhere to enter a mailing address (we are only online fro curbside pickup, we dont mail to anyone). This doesn't happen with other customers.

Hmmm. What happens when they try to enter a different card number?
She doesn't have a different card. no one else has a problem.
Can you also try going to Square Online > Settings > Checkout > Advanced Settings > and adjust when you ask for a mailing address?

I dont ask for mailing addresses because I do not ship.
Please give our Support Team a call so they can look into this - as I haven't heard of this happening before other than a faulty card or incorrect card number being entered @michele14!
