I've encountered a problem with Square Banking and can't seem to find any kind of answer or request on this.
Square Banking does not record or report additional transaction details, even if you download a statement. Square's support (financial team) says tey do not even have access to these details. Details such as transaction ID, where the moneyy came from or went to (last four of account numbers), etc.
My accountant needs this info, and instead of being able to go through the report, she has to ask me to track down which transaction ("transfer in" or "out") came or went to what account. Traditional, real banks have this information readily available.

I recommend looking at the reconciliation report located at Dashboard -> Reports -> Accounting -> Reconciliation. That breaks down the totals, shows your fees, and any additional payments. Also, if you click the down arrow on "Bank Deposits Earned..." and "Completed" it will show you where your funds went.
This doesn’t help, unfortunately. I am not talking about just payments made through Square POS that go into Square Banking.
I use Square as my primary bank, and I transfer money in from external accounts and services (other banks and Venmo, for example).
None of these seem to be listed here.
