Adding description of service receipts

On the receipts that are sent out after every transaction, the item description says "Custom Amount" every time.  I want to change that to say "Consultation".  I've gone into dashboard and added an item description that says "Consultation," but I don't see where to add that during a transaction.

instead of typing in the price, you would choose that item to add to the transaction.

then instead of typing a price on the calculator/keypad use your item list to select the service you want.
