My state implemented a service tax of 6% as of 2023. I added a service tax onto my dashboard but it's not coming up when I test out a purchase. Square is connected to our scheduling platform, Acuity, so I need to make sure that when a client/customer goes to book an appointment through our site, that the service tax is automatically applied. When I went to test it out, the tax integration wasn't in checkout.

It's not applying because I don't sell "items" ...square connects to acuity, and pricing is set on the acuity, and square collects payment. The pricing isn't a set "item" on square so it's still not coming up at checkout on our scheduling platform even after following the tutorial above.
