I have been trying to add different units of measurement for my items. When I go to that feature in Dashboard (Items/Units) I see a message advising me there is a problem on Square's end of things, and to try back soon or something. Is the link dead? Are there really problems in that code? Help...I'm stuck with POUNDS and I need Ounces, Each, Pair, etc...

Hmm... what kind of internet browser are you using? Make sure it's Google Chrome - that usually fixes little glitches like that. Right now, there isn't any issues I am seeing with adding units to your items. Another option I would recommend is clearing your browser cache and trying again.

The problem has been solved. There was something wrong in the code or a switch was off. After calling in the problem, the same thing happened with different browsers. Yes, we use Chrome. Within 245 hours, the problem was gone, no change on our end, we were able to add and assign UOMs to all products as we needed.
