Add items on mobile app not showing on desktop

I have added items on the mobile app and now am logged in on m laptop and it shows 0 items!!! How do I import them and or where did they go? It took me hours to add these all! Help!

Hi there, @Smalagese - it sounds like you may have accidentally created a second location or a second Square account when you logged in. That's typically the case when I've heard other sellers explain similar situations in the past! 

 

I'd recommend reaching out directly so that one of our Customer Success team members can take a closer look at your account. Please let us know if you have any trouble getting it touch!

This is happening to me also. Except they show on the separate category page but when I go to edit from the home page (under featured items) it says I have no items, and that once I add them they will show on the home page. Ugh.

 

Also, when I look at my item library from Square dashboard it says "untitled site" and I can't find any info about that.

Hi there, @Smalagese - thanks for tossing this our way. This is strange indeed.

 

Would you mind flagging your issues over to our Support Team? They should be able to take a deeper dive into why your Online Store is reflecting a untitled site message.
