Any troubleshooting for slow response to Add Customer?
Currently load time to add customer is 45 sec + every time.

That's definitely a lot longer than what we normally see here. I'd like to get some more information first before I suggest any troubleshooting.
1. What hardware (e.g. Square Stand) and software (e.g. Square Appointments) are you currently using?
2. Has this issue just recently appeared or has this always happened?
3. Roughly what is the size of your current customer directory?
4. Does this happen every time you try and "Add customer" to a sale?

@SarahMarsh we're not seeing any widespread issues at the moment, however it's possible this is due to having a large number of customers in the directory.
If you clear your browser cache or try in an incognito window, are you seeing the same issue? If so, my guess would be that this is due to the large number of customers you currently have stored in the directory. Has the process become slower as your customer directory has grown?
Customer directory has not grown that significantly in the past few weeks. No issues a few weeks back.
Would we still clear the browser cache if we are using the square app on an ipad?
Thanks for clarifying, @SarahMarsh. When you have a moment, go through these steps on your iPad:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPad.
2. Tap General > iPad Storage and scroll to the Square app.
3. Tap > Offload app.
4. Locate the app on your homescreen and tap the cloud icon to download it again.
