Add additional hardware to my account

Something has changed on my account such that my iPad and my other devices that normally access my square account when we are at a festival are no longer able to find my account. Only my iPhone can access the account. I use the same un and pw but all the other devices do not pull up any info on the account. It’s as if they are opening a new account with no item info listed yet. It made my weekend festival very difficult. There’s something weird with the company name now too. I don’t understand. Only use during show season. Worked fine last fall. Now this. Any help to figure this out would be great! TIA.

Try setting up your other devices with a Device Code to access your account instead of the UN and PW.  

Here is how to do that.  : 5586-manage-devices-by-location 

 

This is how I have my 3 devices connected even though they are all in the Same location.
