Add Tagging System for Estimates in Square Invoices

I’d love to suggest a feature that would make managing estimates in Square Invoices more efficient—adding a tagging system for estimates.

Right now, there’s no quick way to categorize or prioritize estimates based on customer interest. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to assign custom tags (e.g., "Hot Lead," "Warm Lead," "Cold Lead") so we can quickly identify and follow up with potential customers accordingly.

Here’s how this could improve workflow:


  • Tag estimates based on customer engagement level.
  • Use color-coded highlights to make different lead types stand out.
  • Sort or filter estimates by tags, just like we currently can with "Archived," "Expired," or "Invoiced" estimates.

 

This would make it much easier to track high-priority leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
