Adapter was not included in the square terminal box

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone had or heard about a similar issue. 

I bought the Square Terminal from the square website, and upon opening the box only the terminal and a USB C cable was present but there was no square adapter in the box. 

I am just making a claim to hopefully get a replacement.

Hi @ae7 👋 thanks for flagging this. 

Just to confirm - do you mean the large power adaptor? If you didn't receive this in your order, please let our support team know as soon as possible. 

We'll need to send you one or a new Terminal altogether as the Terminal can't be charged without the adaptor (with the Square charger at least). 

Our number is 0800 - 098 8008, 9AM- 5 PM, Mon-Fri.
