I have copleted the steps to setup my account and performed a trial transaction. The transaction went thru. Does that mean my account is approved

Assuming you have everything as you stated and funds from your trial transaction (minus the transaction processing fees) have been deposited into your Bank Account - then yes, you should have a functioning account.
