Account name on emails Is wrong

Hello, I am unsure If this is the right thread but I am hoping someone can assist me, my partner runs the account however I am the one who does changes to It because I understand It more than herself, anyways. She had a previous name on the square account which shows up on email confirmations and invoices even after the name changes everywhere possible. I have tried changing It within: https://www.weebly.com/app/store/users/127548255/sites/3196434[Redacted]3/#/store/store-emails however It does not show up our new logo, business name or anything related besides our new address. Where am I going wrong?

Also, I forgot to mention. It says I can use my sites theme in: https://www.weebly.com/app/store/users/127548255/sites/3196434[Redacted]3/#/store/store-emails but no option presents itself for this, so I am wondering where I go about doing this as we use a custom font and a dark theme but the emails are entirely white, including fonts.. so I need to change this all manually?
