my name is Teresa. I recently signed up for square. I created an online account and then downloaded the APP. I am not able to log into the APP, but i am able to log into the dashboard account on my computer. Help
After you downloaded your Mobile App, when logging in you use the same information you used to sign up with Square. Cell or Email, and the Password you created. Just make sure you install the correct POS system for your account, Square POS is a Black Square Icon, Square for Retail is an Aqua Green / Teal Icon, and Resturants is a Redish colored Icon.
In the dashboard, can you check to make sure that your user is set to Owner.
If you have multiple users, you'll want to make sure that the user that you're using to login is set to either owner or a permission set that has access to Mobile Points Of Sale.
You can check this by clicking on the user and then looking under the permissions section And then under the Access area.
