Accepting payments in the UK

I anticipate conducting business in England during the latter part of 2022. I have established a Pounds Sterling bank account with Wise (formerly Transfer Wise) Banking which is located in London. I have a sort code, an account number, and an IBAN. Can I accept pounds sterling payments inside the UK? If not, why not? If so, how can I set up a Square account that will let me do so?
