I had a sale they scanned their phone I didn't see the PIN request till latter

Square does not automatically collect contact information from your customers when they pay with a card without their consent. You would need to manually collect this information from them in order to reach out to them following the sale or to send them a copy of their digital receipt (either via SMS or email).
If there was a way to push this payment through for you, I would gladly do so. However, given that this transaction did not complete, and customer information was not recorded at the time of the sale, unfortunately, there will be no way to reach out to this specific customer or charge their card without a manual PIN entry.
Moving forward, it's helpful to remember that a transaction has not successfully completed until you reach the receipt page on your app.
Additionally, it may be worthwhile collecting customer information moving forward.
You can enable customer collection tools when sales are made in person with the Square app. You can set this up to prompt for information before or after checkout by following these steps:
1. From your Square app, navigate to More > Settings > Checkout.
2. Scroll down to Customer Management > toggle on the options based on your preferences.
