6% fees?

Hey, I have been using square for a year and it is now charging a 6% fee before transferring the money into my account, any ideas? Thanks

Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, it's charging you the fee in order to transfer the money? The only 6% fee that I am aware of is from an Afterpay transaction, where the customer essentially uses Afterpay to pay in installments. But this is charged at the time of the transaction, not for transfer.

What @schaefferjosh said. Also, in order to assist you, you need to give us more information. What reports show a 6% fee? Is it in a transaction detail, or somewhere else? We need you to give us an example or two, because just saying you were charged 6% gives us absolutely nothing to go on.

Just to be sure I understand right, you are being charged a fee to transfer the money? As far as I'm aware, the sole 6% charge comes from an Afterpay transaction, in which the client effectively employs Afterpay to make monthly payments. But this is charged at the time of the transaction, not for transfer.
