I hope if anyone knows answer to this question.
I have an account with square and have 2 handsets to take payments. Now my question is that if I and a member of team can use 2 handsets at the same time but completely different locations?

This works perfectly fine. You can use multiple devices to take payments simultaneously in different locations or the same location with your Square account.
Each device will be able to process transactions independently, and you can also filter reports by device.
