2 Employer accounts cant get W2

I have a Business Account but last year, I also was paid by an employer via Square. I can not seem to be able to log into the account and download the W2. the website ONLY takes me to my account, while on the team's app I can see both accounts. On the app, it won't download the W2 for some reason. How do I get the W2 either from the APP or from the website?

You should be able to login thru your dashboard on your a computer and go to payroll, then access tax documents from there.
