square retail keyboard huge

So i've been running my square retail fine, occasionally doing manual entries but now the keyboard is huge and we cannot see what we are inputting, like when i go to start cash drawer it just shows the huge keyboard and when people want me to manually enter their card, i cant because i can't see the area to see the card. just a huge keyboard. is there a way to fix this. i've already deleted and reinstalled the app and it still doesn't work

That's strange. Have you tried checking the device's settings to make sure the text wasn't enlarged for Accessibility? 

Can you send us a screenshot as well of what it looks like?
