Some of my deliveries are coming in as shipment. I don't have shipment as a option and this allows the customer to bypass the delivery fee and the tip. All of my food items are marked delivery only. On the customers end it says deliver but on my end it comes in as shipment. So im now having to refund multiple customers per day and have them re order hitting change fulfillment. Any idea how to fix this. I called square and they didn't seem to know.

It looks like this is a bug that happens when the delivery address entered by a customer fails validation, but they take some additional steps afterward that allows them to continue with checkout. Our engineers are working on fixing that issue, so hopefully this particular bug won't be around much longer. Thanks for your patience!
