Trying to adjust hours for reporting. Why don't the adjusted hours stay changed?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: how do I change my hours so my daily report is accurate?]

 

My daily report is inaccurate. I to change hours and it won't stay. Flips back to what it wants.

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. Sorry to hear that your hours haven't been remaining adjusted.

 

Can you confirm that you're editing your business hours on a computer using Google Chrome, and following these steps:

 

  1. Head over to Account & Settings > Business > Locations in your online Square Dashboard.
  2. Select a location > edit your business hours.
  3. Click Save.

Your daily sales summary email is automatically generated based upon your business hours, so once the hours have been updated, your sales summary will be automatically adjusted.
