We are using recurring invoices from our house account. We want to use custom invoices but can't seem to get them to work. We signed up for invoices plus and made a new custom default template but when the invoices are made from the house account it doesn't use it. I can't find any setting to change this. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @bmillingco. House Accounts is such a new feature to Square that it is entirely possible that it doesn’t currently work with custom invoices, but rather uses the standard Square Invoice template. While I’ll admit surprise that this didn’t come up in the beta test, things happen and none of the beta sellers might have needed that capability. Things happen that way sometime.
Anyway, I am going to tag a couple of the Square admins from the now completed beta test. Hopefully they can chime in here and give you some more information that I’m not seeing in my searches on this subject. @nika @trisha_m

We did not run into this use case during our Beta Testing, so thank you for bringing it up! I shared your feedback with our Product Team and customized invoices with House Accounts is not something we are currently supporting. However, they are documenting the feedback for future improvements to the feature.
