For the last month or two, I've noticed that quite often when I search transaction history for a certain item, I get an error result that says "error loading transactions." I have two different businesses that both use Square, and this happens at both businesses and on various devices. (Not counting the Square register, which I know for some reason does not allow you to search transactions by item -- but that's another thread/complaint/request.)
This happens on both ipads and my iphone app. I'd say it happens about 30% of the time and is quite frustrating! Anyone else experiencing this or know if there's a fix?
