payment has not been transferred from a week , shows account suspended without notification

my square retail payment has not been transferred from a week and in account it shows that the account is suspended . can someone suggest how to resolve that issue?

also i cannot contact then through calls as it shows unavailable i have also emailed them regarding that issue but still no response still, i need to pay bills .

help will be highly appreciated.

I am having the same issue. Our funds are suspended. The HELP suggests I need to fill in a form but I have no idea what form and where to find it. This is such a terrible customer service experience.

@Arie Hello! I am having the same issue too but don't have a notification on the dashboard. Can you please direct me. The notifications dropbox says up to date. Thank you.
